Shipping policy

We ship to customers in the United States and New Zealand.

Shipping cost: a flat $5 per order. US customers pay US$5. New Zealand customers pay NZ$5.

United States: US orders ship from within the United States and usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days, including time to prepare your order. Because they ship domestically, there are no import duties or customs fees.

New Zealand: orders ship from Auckland and usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days.

Packaging: every order ships in plain packaging with no product description on the outside.

Tracking: we'll email tracking details once your order ships.

Lost or delayed parcels: if your order hasn't arrived in the expected time, email hello@pepprep.shop with your order number and we'll sort it out.
