How much is shipping to the USA?

A flat $5. US orders ship from within the United States and usually arrive in 3–7 business days, with tracking by email.
Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Every order ships in plain packaging with no product description on the outside.
What fits in the case?

The Pen insert holds one standard injection pen. The Needles insert holds 6 capped pen needles. Pen, needles and contents are not included.
Can I keep it in the fridge?

Yes. It's slim enough for a fridge shelf or door. Always follow the storage instructions for whatever you keep inside.
Will I pay import duties or customs fees?

No. US orders ship domestically, so there are no import duties or customs fees.
What's your return policy?

Send back unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Faulty or damaged? We'll replace or refund it.
