Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Pep Prep case. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

 

Change of mind: You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email hello@pepprep.shop first and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost, and original shipping charges aren't refundable.

 

Faulty or damaged items: If your case arrives damaged or develops a fault, email hello@pepprep.shop with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund it, including shipping costs.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to process it.

 

Your rights: Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other consumer laws that apply to you.
